Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion Drops “WAP” Collab

It Has arrived "WAP" is now available on the various streaming platforms.

Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion have released their new collaboration track “WAP”.

The cut is Cardi B’s first release this year, after her previous single in 2019 “Press” and is billed as the lead single of her upcoming untitled sophomore album. In a recent interview, she said that “WAP” actually stands for “Wet As Pssy” and why Megan Thee Stallion was the perfect features for the release. “The track is nasty.  she posted on social media. “My verses and the hook has been the same since before Stallion was there. So it has always been a nasty song it’s like, ‘Who’s saying nastier things than Megan?”

And the release of ‘WAP’ served as Megan Thee Stallion’s first collaboration since her recovery from multiple gunshot wounds. She emotionally spoke to her fans during an Instagram Live chat and gave them update about her current health status saying, “I didn’t do sht. And thank God that the bullets didn’t touch bones or break tendons. where the bullet hit at, they missed everything, but the motherfckers were in there.”  She said out of pain, “But on a positive note, taking some time to myself has made me realize how to move forward.”

Cardi and Megan also released the music video to accompany the collab which sees them at a lovely mansion and sporting animal-print items And celebrities such as Kylie Jenner was even live at the performance.
