Nas has finally shared his 13th studio album King’s Disease with the Hit-Boy-produced lead single, “Ultra Black.”
The new Hit-Boy-produced track celebrates the Black community, “Ultra Black” hears the rapper speak on perseverance and pride notwithstanding the system. “Occasion, we rose to that,” he said, even harking it back to his 1994 hit “The World Is Yours” with the line “My son will be my resurrection.”
The new Upcoming Nas and Hit-Boy’s project features 14 new tracks with bonus cut and follows the rapper’s Kanye West-executive produced album Nasir from his 2018 album. Nas was recently seen cooking in the studio with Dr Dre, for now, we not sure if the collab will appear on King’s Disease.
A short, exciting teaser posted on Twitter were Nas revealed that he has been trying to link up with Hit-Boy for years. “We finally got that timing… that alignment,” he said in a short clip of them in the studio, adding that he’s immensely proud of the new project.
